I work with adolescents and adults ages 15–55 who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. I use mindfulness-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills for managing intense emotions, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process and heal from trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and heal the different parts of yourself that may be holding pain, fear, or protective patterns.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin working through what’s been weighing on you. Whether you are new to therapy or wanting to continue the work you have already started, I’d be honored to support you on your journey become the most authentic version of yourself.

  • Keila Holden, LCSW

    I went into the field of mental health because I have a strong passion for helping those who are hurting. I have worked in individual therapy, community mental health centers, and psychiatric hospital settings as a therapist and director. My diverse background has equipped me to help adolescents, young adults, and their families struggling with things like trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and relationship problems. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and an Eye Movement Desensitization and Realization (EMDR) Trained therapist.

    Some fun facts about me: In my free time, I love to travel, play with my dogs, cook, and read romantasy books.
